In late 2022 Fat Mike of NOFX implied on a couple posts on instagram that 2023 would be the last year of NOFX. Early 2023 would confirm that as NOFX then released '40 Years, 40 Cities, 40 Songs' tour dates which revealed the bands first batch of the last of their tour dates.
