The Punk Rock Museum is still reverberating with excitement following its first anniversary celebration and the official proclamation of Punk Rock Day by Mayor Goodman on April 1st. As the museum gears up for its second year, a curated selection of tours and enriching programming awaits visitors from May through June, offering a unique opportunity for reflection and exploration into the vibrant world of punk rock culture.

The museum's lineup of tour guides for May and June is nothing short of impressive, boasting individuals who bring a wealth of firsthand experience and captivating stories from the punk rock scene. From personal encounters with punk legends to witnessing pivotal moments in the movement's history, these guides offer insights that are both enlightening and entertaining.

With the highly anticipated Punk Rock Bowling Festival set to take place from May 24th to May 27th, the museum has an electrifying lineup of events planned to kick off the festivities. Starting on May 22nd, attendees can enjoy the "Not A Boys Club" show featuring a live set from Las Nalgonas and DJ Dani Darks. On May 23rd, Jake Kolatis from The Casualties will be spinning tracks at the Triple Down starting at 9 pm.

During the festival, the Punk Rock Museum will host new exhibits, surprise performances, and interactive experiences that celebrate punk rock culture. After the festival concludes, the museum will continue to keep the punk spirit alive with post-festival events. Get your tickets for guided tours and see the full line up of guest tour guides here.

One of the highlights of the upcoming events is the guided tours with John Reis and the release party for Swami And The Bed Of Nails' new single, "Privacy." Attendees can expect a buzzsaw symphonic punk rock 'n' roll experience, with John Reis himself hosting a listening party debuting the new record, DJing at the Triple Down, and offering surprises for those joining his guided tours.

Additionally, during Punk Rock Bowling, visitors can enjoy the Punk Party Plaza in the museum's parking lot, featuring activities such as the Wheel of Misfortune, Mohawk styling by Sinister Salon, and participation from Girls Rock Vegas—an organization dedicated to empowering girls through music creation and performance.

On May 23rd, attendees can also experience Brooke Smith's photography exhibition opening and book signing. Smith, known for her role as Catherine Martin in "The Silence of the Lambs," documents the Hardcore punk scene of Manhattan's Lower East Side in her book, offering an intimate look into the punk rock community.

Closing out the month, Gogol Bordello will take over the museum on May 28th and 29th, with Eugene Hutz giving guided tours and a screening of the new documentary "Scream of My Blood: A Gogol Bordello Story," followed by a Q&A session with Hutz and Sergey Ryabtsev.

Tickets for guided tours and events can be purchased through the museum's website, offering punk enthusiasts an unforgettable experience celebrating the rich history and culture of punk rock. Don't miss out on this exciting lineup of events at the Punk Rock Museum in Las Vegas.
